Fried eggs with stuffing is an unusual and original presentation of one of the most favorite dishes on the festive table. The snack turns out to be very festive and beautiful.

Instructions
  1. Cut the onion into cubes using a food processor.
  2. Put the pan on the fire. Pour in the vegetable oil and pour out the finely chopped onion.
  3. Immediately cut the mushrooms into small cubes (I have oyster mushrooms). When the onion is lightly browned, add the mushrooms. Fry until golden brown and turn off the heat.
  4. Boil the chicken liver in lightly salted water. Now we put boiled chicken liver and fried mushrooms with onions in the bowl of the food processor.
  5. Grind the whole mass well with a food processor.
  6. Boil the eggs and peel them. Then carefully cut in half, divide into whites and yolks.
  7. Mash the egg yolks with a fork.
  8. Add chopped liver with mushrooms and mayonnaise to the yolks. Mix everything well.
  9. Add spices to the finished filling: ground nutmeg, ground coriander, dried garlic, ground black pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
  10. And add sweet paprika to the filling. Mix the filling well. Try it for sure to taste. The filling is ready. While we fry the proteins, cover the filling with cling film.
  11. Now deep fry the proteins. To breading proteins, prepare three bowls: sprinkle one with wheat flour, the second with breadcrumbs and the third with beaten egg.
  12. First, roll the cooked egg whites in flour.
  13. Then dip the protein into the beaten egg.
  14. And then roll in breadcrumbs.
  15. Turn on the frying pan and pour in the vegetable oil for deep frying. Carefully put the breaded proteins on a well-heated vegetable oil and fry. When the eggs are fried on one side, turn them over on the other. So, fry all the eggs until golden brown. The eggs turn out crispy and beautiful.
  16. When the eggs are fried, take them out and put them on a paper towel.
  17. Now fill the pastry bag with the filling (with a nozzle in the form of an asterisk). Squeeze the filling onto the egg whites. And so we fill everything with eggs.
  18. Garnish the stuffed eggs with sprigs of parsley and lightly sprinkle sweet paprika on top.
