Roll out one piece about 4 mm thick. I rolled out the dough between the sheets of plastic wrap, sprinkled them with flour. Put the rest in the refrigerator. Pour starch and sugar into the center.
Put the cottage cheese on top of the thinly sliced apples, not reaching the edges 4-5 cm. Sprinkle with sugar and almond petals. (I made two with almond petals and two without them)
