Dilute yeast in warm water, add sugar, salt, oil. Sift the flour and (gradually adding) knead the dough, it should turn out homogeneous. Put the dough in a container and cover with cling film, pressing it against the dough. Leave on for 30-40 minutes. Divide the finished dough into pieces, form balls and roll out cakes 1.5 – 2 cm thick. Place the tortillas on a greased baking sheet and leave to rise… then lay out the cooked rice.
