Rabbit meat is washed with water.
Separate from the bone. Slice.
Vegetables are washed with water, cleaned and sliced.
Rinse the greens with water and cut them.
Rabbit meat is passed through a meat grinder.
Sliced carrots and zucchini are also passed through a meat grinder.
Chop the tomatoes and onions.
Pass tomatoes and onions through a meat grinder in a separate cup.
In a deep bowl, put boiled buckwheat, minced meat, chopped zucchini, carrots.
Add 1/2 part of the tomato-onion mixture, herbs and salt (spices to taste).
Add breadcrumbs and 2 fresh chicken eggs.
Mix well.
Minced meat for meatballs is ready.
Pour flour on a plate.
Form meatballs from the cooked minced meat and pan in flour.
Put the meatballs in a deep form, greased with oil.
In a cup with the remaining tomato-onion mixture, add sour cream and salt.
Mix it. The sauce is ready.
Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs.
Place a baking sheet with meatballs in a preheated oven.
