Cut the ham into strips and put it in a frying pan. I broke the eggs, poured the roots, salted, peppered, added herbs and mixed
the filling. I made the dough a little thicker than the batter. Eggs were broken into a bowl, salt and sugar were added, melted butter was poured in and whipped well with a whisk. I poured milk, sifted flour, poured baking powder and kneaded the dough well.
