  2. Boil the rice until half cooked. Pour dried apricots and prunes with hot water, give the fruits time to steam.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in preheated vegetable oil until transparent. The onion was chopped using a food processor.

  5. Cut the mushrooms into small plates and add to the pan, continuing to fry.
