We offer to cook a cheesecake in a rather unusual design for Shrovetide week. The combination of pastry dough with cinnamon, cottage cheese and candied fruits will bring undoubted pleasure, and an interesting shape is sure to please family and friends.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix a sufficient amount of warm milk, sour cream, egg, melted butter, sugar, salt.
  2. Sift flour with yeast. It should be sifted in parts, gradually kneading the dough.
  3. Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place to rise for 40-50 minutes.
  4. The dough should increase well in volume.
  5. Divide the dough into two parts, so it will be easier to work with it. Roll out each part, preferably in the form of a rectangle.
  6. In a container, mix cinnamon, sugar, cocoa and sprinkle the dough.
  7. Roll into a tight roll and cut into pieces.
  8. Cover the baking dish (20-22 cm in diameter) with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil (1 tsp.). Spread over the bottom of the roll pieces.
  9. Apply them with your hands to get a solid foundation. On the sides, too, distribute the pieces of the roll.
  10. Next, we will deal with the filling. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and semolina.
  11. Whisk with a blender until smooth, add candied fruits and mix.
  12. Put the filling in the form with the dough. Spread the remaining loaf slices on top. You can grease the top with yolk, sour cream or milk. Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  13. Remove the finished cheesecake from the mold, let it cool and you can serve.
  14. Cheesecake turns out to be very unusual and delicious.
