I made these cakes in special forms, but you can make them in the form of cupcakes. The combination of halva, chocolate, cherry and cottage cheese is perfect. Especially now the season of cherry blossoms.
Halva grate on a small grater.
Mix with cardamom, cocoa and chocolate.
Beat eggs with sugar until white.
Add oil at room temperature and beat each time with a spoon.
Add halva-chocolate mixture, whisking.
Add sour cream, beat.
Add flour with baking powder, stir.
Pour into molds about 2/3 full. From this amount is obtained 8 cupcakes.
Bake at 180C for about 30 minutes (until a dry match).
Cherry jam: berries punch blender (I made 50/50: half left intact)
Pour the quittin, stir.
Bring to boil.
once it boils, add sugar and continue cooking, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
For the cheese crown: beat all of the ingredients.
I have special molds with a notch.
If you don’t have one, make depressions in the cupcakes that fill with jam.
Decorate the top with cottage cheese cream.
