  1. Wash the carrots and onions, feel them. Cut the onion into cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and carrot over medium heat until soft. Sprinkle the vegetables with salt, stir and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and scald with boiling water, let it brew for 3 minutes. Add milk and cream, salt, sugar and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  3. Then cut the fresh fish into pieces, add to the vegetables and simmer for another 2 minutes. Add broccoli.

  5. Puff pastry cut into even strips.
