In my opinion, the cutlets are tastier if you use a meat grinder, not a blender. Another consistency of meat is obtained! Add egg, favorite spices (including garlic), salt to the minced meat. And cottage cheese. It is cottage cheese that is the key to our future juiciness in cutlets! Cottage cheese should not be whipped with a blender. Let it be even a little grainy, when baking in the oven it will only play into our hands.
