Beet-Apple Chocolate Brownies with Cashew Recipe
I want to offer you an unusual lean dessert. I must say that I did not expect that it would turn out so delicious and interesting! Beetroot pie acquires a deep burgundy color and apple-spicy taste… Brown sugar gives a caramel flavor! And all together forms a harmonious chocolate delicacy. And no one will guess about the main ingredient of this dessert, well, if you don’t admit it yourself.

Instructions
  1. Boil the beets, peel them. Peel the apple from the peel and seeds.
  2. Whisk the beets, apples and bananas in a blender until a puree-like mass forms. If you don’t have a blender, you can grate everything on the smallest grater.
  3. Add brown sugar. Honey, vegetable oil, vinegar and whisk again. It is clear that fruits and vegetables all have different varieties and varieties, so the juiciness will be different for everyone. If you don’t want to season the original beetroot with fruits, just add 3-4 tablespoons of cold water.
  4. Separately, in a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and cocoa powder.
  5. Then mix everything together, add the chopped nuts. Let it brew for 10 minutes so that all the ingredients “make friends” with each other.
  6. Bake in a form (I have 20cm * 30cm * 5cm), covered with oiled parchment, in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 50 minutes. What scents will haunt you for an hour, you can’t even imagine!!! The smell of chocolate, spices… Mmm!!! Divine!!!
  7. The finished cake must be removed from the oven, allowed to cool completely, get rid of the paper and decorate as desired. I just sprinkled cocoa powder and powdered sugar on top… Enjoy your meal! All the best to you and your family!!!
