I tried to make cheesecakes from dough with the addition of whole grain flour, my children were delighted, today they asked me to bake them again! Try it and you! The filling can be taken to your taste.
I knead the yeast dough with a bread maker, but you can knead it in the usual way. Pour warm water into the bucket of the bread maker, in which honey is stirred, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.
I add sifted wheat flour of the highest grade and whole grain, softened butter, salt.
I put the bucket in the bread maker, turn on the dough kneading mode.
I give the dough in a warm place to increase in volume by 2-3 times.
Transfer the dough to the table, knead well.
I divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
I’m making balls out of dough.
Cover the dough balls with a film.
And I let them rest for 10-15 minutes.
At this time, I prepare the ingredients for the filling – I drain the excess liquid from canned corn and canned fish (if the fish is in large chunks, I chop it with a fork), grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Roll out each ball of dough into a circle with a diameter of about 12 cm (I sprinkled a little flour on the table).
Make 8 equidistant incisions with a knife.
I bend one piece of dough first, forming a triangle, as in the photo.
So, I bend and slightly press all the triangles in the middle.
I put the cheesecakes on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
I cover them with a film and let them double in volume.
I put the fish in the middle of the cheese pie first,
Then corn.
I grease the dough with a beaten egg.
Sprinkle the filling with cheese.
Bake the cheesecakes in the oven at 190 degrees for about 18 minutes.
