Instructions
  1. Take any fillet of fish, your favorite, but not greasy… I have a pollock fillet, and for some reason it turned out to be bony – I had to sweat a little while extracting the “bonus” bones… The whole fillet will be difficult to twist, so we cut all the pieces lengthwise into two parts. If it turned out uneven and not neat, then it’s okay…
  2. Cover the flash drives with plastic wrap and lightly beat them off. I do not use a hammer, for these purposes I have a rolling pin, which fights off no worse, but does not damage the fibers of fish and meat…
  3. Then add salt to each fillet, put a piece of cheese and roll it into a roll.
  4. Roll each roll in flour and shake off the excess. Send the rolls to a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry on all four sides for 30 seconds, sealing the fish.
  5. Put the rolls in a baking dish and start cooking the sauce…
  6. For the sauce, we will need the juice of one orange, the juice of half a lemon. In one hundred milliliters of water, add half a teaspoon of starch, mix well, add to the juice. Add sugar, grate a piece of ginger, bring to a boil and cook for five minutes.
  7. While the sauce is cooking, put the carrots on the rolls in Korean. You can add sour cream to carrots, it’s also delicious… Pour the prepared sauce over the fish and carrots and send them to a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  8. We take out our beautiful fish, put it on a dish and enjoy… Have a good festive mood.
