Melon Cocktail with Ginger Recipe
I found the recipe on the Internet, thanks, and I often cooked melons: delicious, velvety, sweet, rich and fragrant. It doesn't matter what kind of melon you prefer. Melon pulp is a source of natural sugars needed by our body. It can satisfy our need for sugar without harm to health.

Ingredients
- 450 gram Melon
- 340 ml Water is carbonated
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 60 ml Apple juice
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Lime
Instructions
- Cut the melon into cubes and put it in the freezer for 1-1.5 hours. Frozen melon is very well beaten into a homogeneous, tender mass.
- Put the frozen melon slices in the blender bowl, add orange juice and half of the sparkling water. Whisk everything together.
- Add honey, lime juice, ginger (here focus on your taste, I added 1 teaspoon) and the remaining carbonated water. Once again, whisk everything well. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
