  1. Pour a tablespoon of green tea with 100 ml of boiling water, add a couple of lime slices.
  2. Pour the kefir over the flakes and leave for a few minutes.
  3. Add filtered (chilled) green tea to the flakes, a little lime juice (a teaspoon will be enough), sugar and beat for a couple of minutes with a mixer. Pour, garnish and serve.
