Apricot Smoothie Recipe
A delicious, quick and healthy smoothie that is perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea or a snack. I got a very tasty and healthy snack!

Instructions
Kefir is heated to a very warm state. Add the flakes, powdered sugar and 1 tbsp.l. stir and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Chop the apricots in a blender, add powdered sugar and grind until smooth.
Put apricot puree on the bottom of the glass, put kefir flakes on top. Before serving, you can cool down a little.
