Milkshake, "Good morning!" Recipe
It doesn't matter who you are - a child or an adult, and you are unlikely to refuse a milkshake (you may not like it with milk :). After all, a milkshake is not just a delicious drink that we drink with great pleasure, it is also an insanely healthy drink!

Ingredients
- 150 ml Milk
- 50 ml Orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Millet flakes
- 1 teaspoon Flax seed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- Cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients: milk, honey (maple syrup), freshly squeezed orange juice. Chop the flax seeds a little.
- Preheat the milk, add the flax seeds, let it brew for 5-7 minutes.
- Add millet flakes, honey, orange juice, cinnamon to taste.
- Mix everything in a blender at high speed for 1-2 minutes.
- Ready!
