- 200 gram Beef (boiled)
- 200 gram Ham
- 200 gram Cucumber
- 200 gram Tomato
- 100 gram Onion
- Allspice to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste

- Method of preparation: Let's first marinate the onion-cut into thin half rings. Marinade for onions: vinegar 9% - 2 tsp.; sugar-1 tsp.; salt-1/4 tsp.; chilled water - 2 tsp. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Cucumbers, tomatoes, beef and ham are cut into thin strips, and nothing else. We cut all the products and leave them on separate plates. Do not mix anything yet, add a little salt and let stand for 15 minutes, let the juice run, which must be drained, otherwise you will not get a salad, but porridge. You need to mix just before serving, so the salad will retain its appearance. As you can imagine, cucumbers and especially tomatoes are a very delicate product in this regard. So, drain the juice, pressing a little with your hand, so that all the excess is gone.
- Now you can combine all the products-meat, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers and Onions-squeeze and add to the salad along with pepper and salt (to taste).
- Fill with mayonnaise-just a little, the salad will be very juicy. If you are preparing a lot of dishes, and not just one salad, it is better to prepare everything in advance and put it in the refrigerator and mix it just before serving. Decorate with a sprig of greenery!
