Citrus Drink-Designer Recipe
I want to share my favorite summer drink! The drink is very rich in color, nothing is subjected to heat treatment, berries are fresh fruits. Why a designer? Because, having 2-3 types of ice and a base in the freezer, you can always enjoy soft drinks with completely different tastes in the heat - one base, but different ice.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Instructions
- Wash the oranges and lemon well, cut into slices, remove the bones!!! and pass it through a meat grinder - along with the peel.
- Add sugar to taste (I put 1 cup) and pour in 4 liters of water. Leave for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth. Put it in the refrigerator. Morse is ready! if this is a completely waste-free production, mix the spin with sugar (1.5 cups) and put on fire. Stirring, cook until thickened - it will be an excellent preparation for cakes, pastries, rolls, and so delicious!
- Do it very often and always so that the color is bright and saturated!
- Ginger ice. Peel the ginger, cut into pieces and scroll with water in a blender, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, and then insist for 20 minutes. Strain, pour into ice molds and put in the freezer.
- Fruit and berry ice Any fruits and berries are laid out in molds and watered with juice - we take them out of the freezer. If ice is needed for a large number of guests, put fruits and berries in silicone cupcake molds and pour juice over them.
- And now put the ice you liked in the glasses and pour the citrus drink!
