- Next, peel the beets and ginger, wash the carrots and pass them through a juicer. For a glass of juice, take three carrots, half a beetroot and 1 cm of ginger.
- Now mix the strained tea and juice. Don't forget to take the blueberries out of the tea and add them to the mixture.
