Fire Smoothie Recipe
Fruit joy, coolness of a hot summer day, delicious vitamin day in spring and winter - it's all about smoothies!.. Very easy to prepare and delicious to drink!... The variations are endless: I have natural yogurt ( or matsun), honey, Apple juice, banana and kiwi.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 50 ml Apple juice
- 1 piece Banana
- 3 pieces Kiwi
Instructions
- Kiwi and banana cut, chop with a blender. Add the honey, yogurt, and Apple juice and beat until smooth. Pour into glasses. Cool. Enjoy.
