Salad with Lentils Recipe
If you want to refresh yourself and switch to proper nutrition, try this salad. Lentils will make the salad satisfying, but not high-calorie, giving it a piquant shade. Bright colors will improve the mood in anticipation of the sun and warmth.

- 100 gram Lentils
- 3 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- Parsley (to taste)
- 100 gram Lecho (Frozen vegetables)
Instructions
- Boil the lentils for 20 minutes.
- Defrost the vegetables, add to the lentils.
- Mix the salad, garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
