Smoothie "Fire" Recipe
Fruit joy, cool hot summer day, delicious vitamin day in spring and winter - it's all about smoothies!.. Very easy to prepare and delicious to drink!... There are an infinite number of options: I have natural yogurt (or matsun), honey, apple juice, banana and kiwi.

Ingredients
- 50 milliliters Yogurt or matsun
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 50 milliliters Apple juice
- 1 piece Banan
- 3 pieces Kiwi
Instructions
- Kiwi and banana cut into slices, chop with a blender. Add honey, yogurt, apple juice and whisk until smooth. Pour into glasses. Cool. Enjoy. Enjoy your meal.
