Ingredients
- 300 gram Squid
- 50 gram Apple
- 30 gram Green peas
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Peel the squid and boil it in salted water for 3 minutes. Boil the eggs and peel them.
- Grate the eggs and apple.
- Cut the squid into strips.
- Mix soy sauce and mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine everything and mix.
- Serve to the table.
