  1. Sort the apricots, wash thoroughly, remove all darkened places, cut into two or four parts. Remove the bone.
  2. Bring three liters of water with sugar to a boil. Add vanilla sugar and apricots. Bring to a boil again, remove from heat and let cool and infuse. That's it!
