Banana-Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
Prepare this wonderful drink for breakfast for your loved ones. It will easily replace the morning porridge, and even an unloved porridge (like my child's), I think, will eat it with pleasure. It has only one benefit for the body, and the energy charge is enough for the whole day.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Oat flakes (fast food)
- 1 piece Banana
- 100-200 gram Strawberries (can be fresh, frozen)
- 300 ml Milk
- Honey (or sugar)
Instructions
- Grind the flakes in a blender.
- Add banana, strawberry, honey and milk.
- Whisk everything well until smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. It's insanely simple.
