Ingredients
- 600 gram Strawberries
- 150 gram Sugar
- 75 gram Corn starch
- 80 ml Water
- 30 gram Coconut shavings
Instructions
- Prepare the berries, chop them.
- Dilute starch in water.
- Put the crushed strawberries on the fire, add sugar.
- Add the diluted starch, boil, cool.
- Cut, dip them in coconut flakes, served.
