Ingredients
- 70 gram Curd cheese
- 50 gram Soft cheese
- 100 gram Salmon
- 2 pieces Egg
- Garlic to taste
Instructions
- Finely dice the fish.
- Grate the egg white on a fine grater.
- The yolks separately to grate on a fine grater.
- Mash the melted cheese with a fork.
- Mix everything except the egg yolk. Add cottage cheese.
- Form balls, sprinkle with egg yolk on top.
