Chocolate Balls "Oreo" Recipe
I suggest you try the wonderful sweets "Oreo Balls". Soft chocolate cream in the middle, and a sweet chocolate shell will not leave anyone indifferent! You can prepare this wonderful treat together with children, because no store-bought sweets can compare in taste with those that are prepared with your own hands.

Ingredients
- 24 pieces Cookies Oreo, ~230 gram
- 120 gram Cream cheese
- 100 gram White chocolate
- 100 gram Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Cookies (along with the filling) are crushed into crumbs using a blender.
- 1 tablespoon of crumbs set aside for sprinkling.
- Add cream cheese to the rest of the crumbs.
- And mix (to be honest, it is most convenient to do this with your hands).
- Roll up the balls (no larger than a walnut) and place on a platter covered with parchment paper. Put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- I make balls weighing 10 g, it turns out 32 pieces.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or other convenient way. Dip each ball in chocolate and immediately sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
- Place the balls on a platter covered with parchment paper and place in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens (~20-30 minutes).
- You can arrange the candy in different ways: in white or dark chocolate, with or without sprinkling, you can sprinkle the candy only on top, or you can roll a couple of pieces and completely, you can make strips of dark chocolate on the candy white and Vice versa, you can use colored pastry sprinkles, and so on.
- Store the candy, of course, in the refrigerator.
