To prepare this snack, you need ready-made pancakes: not sweet or slightly sweet. It is convenient to take pancakes with a diameter of about 16 cm, comparable to the size of crab sticks.
Pancakes are evenly smeared with cottage cheese.
Chop the dill finely and sprinkle it with cottage cheese.
Crab sticks untwist, put on top.
Next, put the plates of melted cheese on top.
Wrap tightly in a roll, put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Before serving, remove the roll from the freezer, cut off the ends and cut into the same 4 parts.
