Ingredients
Salad
- 300 gram Spinach
- 100 gram feta cheese
- 4 tablepsoons Pomegranate
Dressing
- 1.5 teaspoons Honey
- 3 tablepsoons Olive oil
- 4 tablepoons Pomegranate juice
- 1 tablepsoon Vinegar
Instructions
- Wash the spinach and separate the soft parts. Slice or pick.
- Clear the pomegranate.
- Crumble the feta with your hands.
- To prepare the dressing, mix all the ingredients, or better whisk with a mixer.
