Soy Sauce with Radish Recipe
Radish itself is a rarity, but the taste of fish is very impressive in combination with this sauce. The sauce is served with fish and vegetable dishes, seafood: shrimp, mussels, etc. Fish baked in dough is eaten by dipping each piece into the sauce.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Radish (Grated white radish)
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Semi-sweet white wine
Instructions
- Add 4 tbsp soy sauce.
- Add 3 tbsp white semisweet table wine.
- Mix it.
- Peel the white radish from the skin and eyes.
- Grate the radish on a fine grater.
- Add 3 tablespoons of grated radish to the sauce and mix. The sauce is ready. You can let it brew a little.
