Green Sauce Recipe
I made a very tasty, spring, green sauce this week. Bright, with a unique aroma and fresh taste. Green sauce is ideal for salads, pasta, boiled or baked potatoes, bruschetta, soups, meat, fish, etc. Green sauce is perfectly stored in the refrigerator for two weeks.

- 5 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 100 gram Green Onion
- 50 gram Basil
- 50 gram Cilantro
- 50 gram Parsley
- 50 gram Dill
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 300 ml Sunflower oil
- Salt (sea)

- Wash the greens and dry them thoroughly on a paper towel. Pre-chop all the greens and put in a blender - green onions, basil, cilantro, parsley, dill, garlic. Chop everything. Add 5 tablespoons of soy sauce and sunflower oil, add salt to taste. Mix well until smooth.
- The green sauce is ready. Transfer the sauce to a jar, cover tightly and refrigerate.
