Ingredients
Basic:
- 100 gram Turkey Turkey breast
- 50 gram Zucchini
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1/3 piece Orange
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Turkey cut into strips, zucchini slices thin, the size of a little longer than the meat.
- Pepper and orange peel cut into 4 pieces.
- Put the meat on a slice of zucchini, with pieces of pepper and orange on the edge. Roll up tightly.
- Thread the roll on a skewer (it is better to use thin 2 pieces) so the rolls will not go anywhere when frying.
- Similarly, twist another 3 rolls and thread on a skewer.
- Cook over moderately hot coals, turning, for 8 minutes, until soft.
- While the shish kebab is cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients (garlic through a press)
- Pour the sauce over the hot rolls, cover with a plate, let stand for 5-7 minutes, then serve!
- Bon appetit.
