Cut the beets into cubes, wash the beans and raisins.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the beets and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add water so that it barely covers the beetroot, add raisins, salt and simmer until the beetroot becomes soft on a spit.
Meanwhile, chop the herbs and garlic. Cilantro is best, but if you don't like it and don't eat it, you can use parsley. But I strongly recommend cilantro.
When the beets are cooked and the water has evaporated, add the beans and warm up for a few minutes. Then add garlic, herbs and black pepper, turn off the stove, stir and let stand for a couple of minutes.
