Chicken, Cucumber and Sesame Salad Recipe
Simple and delicious salad with fried chicken. Very tasty salad.

Instructions
Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce with vinegar and sugar. Pour in the meat and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut the meat into cubes. In a frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown. Cool it down.
Cucumbers are washed and cut into half rings.
For the dressing, mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of oil, pepper.
In a bowl, combine the cucumbers and chicken, pour the dressing and mix.
When serving, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds. A delicious and simple salad is ready.
