Named so because I used the liqueur "Black Cat". It's amazing!!! Delicate, airy, fragrant, simply delicious! I've been wanting to do it for a long time and finally!

Instructions

  1. Ingredients.
  2. Coffee and whisk the milk into a foam. I made coffee from a coffee maker with fresh milk. Milk heated to 60-70 degrees can also be whipped with a French press or a whisk. Put a ball of ice cream on the bottom of the glasses.
  3. Pour condensed milk over the ice cream so that it evenly covers the ice cream ball, leaving no gaps.
  4. Carefully, with a spoon (I used a cocktail, with a long handle), pour a layer of coffee liqueur about the thickness of a finger.
  5. Just gently (with a spoon) pour in the whipped milk. Save a little foam (about 1 tablespoon per glass), it will still be useful to us.
  6. Now carefully, in a thin trickle (for example, with the help of a turkey or a gravy boat), pour in very hot (boiling water) coffee. It will be noticeable that the coffee will divide the milk into two parts: it will mix with the lower part, and the foam will be removed.
  7. Put the remaining milk foam on top of the glasses.
