Green Salad with Mussels Recipe
One of my favorite salads. Crispy vegetables, sweet red onion, mussels combined with nut dressing will surprise any gourmet.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Instructions
In the same water, boil the mussels for 4 minutes.
Cut the cucumbers into strips.
Onion cut into half-rings, garlic small straws.
Chop the pine nuts. Add soy sauce, mustard, olive oil to the nuts, mix and season the salad.
