Green Smoothie Recipe
In the evening I make smoothies with yogurt, juice or water. Fruits, greens, vegetables change every time. Try this delicious and thick smoothie. Fruits can be used fresh or frozen. I add bananas to fruit smoothies every time. They give the smoothie richness, and basil - a peculiar flavor.

Instructions
- For smoothies, I used frozen fruits and spinach. A few sprigs of basil I tore it off in a drawer.
- I peeled three ripe and fragrant bananas.
- Fruits, spinach, basil leaves are loaded into a blender.
- Pour in the juice and whisk until smooth. Now try a smoothie. If there are not enough sweets, add honey or brown sugar to taste.
