- We'll cook the fish, wash it, gut it, and remove the fins.
- We will prepare the products for the sauce in which we will marinate the fish.
- Grate the onion on a fine grater.
- Extract the juice from the lemon.
- Mix the mustard, onion, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
- In this sauce, marinate the fish. RUB the marinade on the mackerel inside and out. I wrapped it in foil and left it in the refrigerator overnight. Fish can even be frozen in the marinade and when it is necessary to get and bake.
