Soft Cookies and Cream Recipe
This is a basic recipe for cookies with 33% cream, without using butter. Based on this recipe, you can make cookies with the addition of nuts, raisins, chocolate drops, or lemon zest. I added crushed roasted peanuts. Cookies are prepared elementary. It turns out not crumbly, but soft and remains soft for up to 5 days.

Ingredients
- 200 ml Cream (33%)
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 gram Sugar
- 1 gram Vanilin
- 100 gram Peanuts fried crushed
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 5 gram Baking powder
Instructions
- Cream, salt, sugar, egg, vanilla mix with a mixer until smooth.
- Gradually, at low speed of the mixer, add the sifted flour with baking powder.
- The dough should be sticky.
- Add any "filling" (nuts, raisins, chocolate drops, etc.). I added fried crushed peanuts. Mix everything again.
- Spread the dough on a parchment lined baking sheet using two teaspoons.
- Bake at t=180°From about 15 minutes until Golden. Cookies are not crumbly, but soft and tender.
- Cool the cookies completely, put them in a tin with a lid or in a container. In this form, it will remain soft for up to 5 days.
