Salad with Peanuts and Prunes Recipe
An unusual hearty salad is perfect for a festive table! It is prepared for one or two, it is unusually combined with salami (it is possible with ham). For lovers of prunes, salad will be a great treat! You can also arrange it in cups in layers, it will be very beautiful)

Ingredients
- 150 gram Sausage
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 50 gram Prunes
- 30 gram Peanut
- 2 tablespoons Cream (or sour cream)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients: cut the salami and fresh cucumber into cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, pour boiling water over the prunes for 5 minutes, then drain the water and blot with a paper towel. Fry the peanuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Chop the peanuts with a knife not very finely, and cut the prunes into small cubes.
- In the prepared container, mix the salami, cucumber and add peanuts with prunes.
- Then add the cheese.
- Season with sour cream, add salt to taste, mix everything and put it on a serving ring. Garnish with peanuts on top and parsley on the side.
