Salad with Sausage Recipe
It was under this name that I tried this simple, fresh and at the same time hearty salad of my friend. Then I reproduced it for my family, then for my son's guests. The salad is prepared easily and quickly from available ingredients, does not require any supernatural decoration. In general, the salad has taken root in our menu.

Ingredients
- Lettuce leaves
- 10 pieces Quail egg
- 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 90 gram Sausage
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Hard-boiled quail eggs. Non-parliamentary. Peel and cut in half.
- Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and put them in a bowl with your hands.
- Wash the cherries, dry them and cut them in half.
- Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut it into rings.
- Add sliced cucumber, tomatoes, cherry, quail eggs and sausage cut in half to the lettuce leaves. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Ready.
