Ingredients
- 250 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 200 gram Shrimp
- 40 gram arugu
- 100 gram Olives
- 1.5 tablespoons Olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoons Vinegar
- Seasoning (Italian herbs)
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over the shrimp, drain the water after about five minutes. I have them of different sizes, there were several small ones that were cleaned, and I added large, royal ones. Cut the olives into halves. Cherry tomatoes are also cut in half.
- Rinse the arugula leaves with water and dry them on a paper towel.
- We will tear them with our hands and add them to the rest of the products.
- Dressing-vegetable oil, a little vinegar, seasoning. I have Italian herbs in my composition (a small mill): iodized sea salt, rosemary, thyme, paprika, pink pepper, savory garden, basil, tarragon. Mix everything quickly and thoroughly and serve to the table. Bon appetit and, of course, summer mood!
