Spinach Recipe
I recently discovered this product. It is not only insanely useful, but also very tasty.

Instructions

Bring the water to a boil.
Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion, divide the garlic cloves with a knife.
Blanch the spinach in water for 1-1.5 minutes.
And immediately throws it into a colander.

Fry the garlic and remove it from the pan.
Fry the onion in the same oil.
Lay out the spinach, stir and serve immediately.
If desired, you can sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
It goes well with pine nuts.
