Make some tea. When brewed, cool to room temperature.
Prepare the marinade. To do this, in a separate bowl, mix the cooled tea, soy sauce, honey and garlic-ginger paste.
Cut the fish into portions, put in a bowl for marinating, and pour the marinade. Marinate for an hour.
Fry on high heat until tender. in this case, a grill is used, but you can fry in any available way.
