Ingredients
- 1 kg Champignons
- Spices (ground black pepper, powdered ginger, basil, coriander ) to taste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash the mushrooms, dry them on a towel, put them in a bowl, pour oil, lemon juice, salt and sprinkle with spices. Let stand for an hour. If the mushrooms are large - two hours. And if they are small, then half an hour will be enough. Place on a baking sheet. I lubricate the foil with oil.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until tender (it took me 30 minutes). Baked in a gas oven, in an electric one you need more time. Remove from the baking sheet carefully so that the juice formed during baking does not leak out.
