Ingredients
- 500 gram Beet
- 1/4 tablespoons Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Boil the beets until tender. Clean. Grate on a coarse grater.
- Add salt to taste (I add 1/4 tbsp.l. without a slide of salt).
- Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Garnish with herbs and serve.
