Ingredients
- 500 gram Beet (boiled)
- 50 gram Walnuts
- 0.5 glass Cranberries
- 4 tablespoons Sour cream
- Greens
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Wash the cranberries. Grate the beets and nuts on a coarse grater, combine, season with salt, pepper, sour cream and cranberries, mix. Put it in the refrigerator to cool.
- When serving, garnish with herbs and cranberries.
