Berry Smoothie Recipe
Not so long ago, the word smoothie confused me, I didn't quite understand what it was. Today smoothies are a constant drink on our table. Cook it for one or two, and every sip of this cocktail will bring solid benefits and pleasure.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Oat flakes
- 1 glass Berry (fresh or frozen currant)
- 500 ml Fermented baked milk
- 2 tablepoons Honey
Instructions
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients. We can assume that half of the work is done.
- Pour oat flakes into the blender bowl, add currants, put 2 tablespoons of honey, pour in the fermented baked milk and beat.
- A delicious healthy drink with a newfangled name smoothie is ready! On a hot summer day, cool the glass in the freezer, moisten the edges of the glass with water, dip in sugar and pour a smoothie. Add mint.
